Since they are the ones who interact with the guest mostly they are the ones best qualified to do this. They gather all mail and packages to be delivered and will bring it up to your room.

Providing Information-Usually you are not familiar with the area where the hotel that you are staying in is located. You need some instructions and tips when it comes to finding some places there. The best sources of that sort of information are the bellstaff who are not only familiar with the area, but are usually from there. So, that means that they can give you some really insider information that you can’t find on guidebooks and travel articles.
